I’m a Yoga, Sound & Reiki practitioner helping you move from chronic stress and pain into more ease.

For much of my adult life, I lived with pelvic pain that affected my relationships, stole opportunities, and led to addictions.

I tried countless therapies and treatments without much success. Along the way, I often heard to “just do yoga” and "stop stressing that much".

Yet the dynamic yoga styles available to me back then couldn't address what I truly needed: a way to work with my nervous system, not just physical fitness.

Things started to shift when I discovered a weird type of yoga, that focused on the breath, awareness, and regulation.
